The I-SEC Airport suite consists out of four key applications. Each application can be used standalone; however when used together they complement one another and create a comprehensive and unique system. Covering each step of the security operation, the I-SEC airport suite tools allows you to plan and manage your workforce and from there allows you to continue to gather passport and boarding pass information from passengers and run PNR processing.

I-SEC’s operational planning tool continues where roster planning stops. This unique dispatch tool changes rigid roster planning into a flexible, structured and comprehensive planning experience. ROM can feed data from its multi-location check in and out system into SARA to populate the dashboard feature.

SARA is a Mobile manpower management tool to bridge the gap between HR and the operation. SARA allows you, when connected to a dispatch application like I-SEC’s ROM, to see where your workforce is at present, chat with your staff , create forms in office and fill out and have employees sign forms on a tablet anywhere in your operation. Using intelligent business rules and a traffic light system, SARA allows you to view and manage a large workforce paperless while improving quality and efficiency.

NAPS
Modernized and enhanced PNR processing. NAPS can connect to any pre-defined data format and read the necessary PNR data. By using smart rules it can filter passengers before they even get to the airport and give extra attention to those who need it, once they get to the security check.
